Just in case this was homework...what a cute poem to encourage the possibility of reading. I think children enjoy poems being read out loud. I do because I can understand them better. Poems are are a great way to express subjects. Emily Dickenson was a weird poet because I had to read her works once in English class. Her poems were sad and dark.
