I Poem

Strength in Meekness

I am strong yet meek
I stand alone in a crowd
I thrive in an environment of solitude
I delight in exquisite moments of stillness
I desire to resonate a melody of consciousness
I am strong yet meek
I hope to create awareness
I long to make a difference during my life
I aspire to greet each day with a smile of pure joy
I am concerned for the world as it sighs its solemn cry
I crave for a change against injustice for my fellow man
I am strong yet meek
I want to be an advocate
I say there is hope for all of humanity
I dream of peace and unity for all mankind
I yearn for an atmosphere of tranquility among the masses
I have a passion for the broken and oppressed
I am strong yet meek
